Select the topic for which the invitation is to be copied. The copy invitation can be found by clicking a copy invitation link. A window will appear showing a link to the invitation. By clicking a copy meeting invitation then dragging it back to the clipboard, a copy of the event invitations will be completed.
If you have already received an email, you may copy and paste the existing link. To save and share the link, click the Share button on the recording management page. A few of the options give you the option to secure your recordings, such as only allowing authenticated users to view them, requiring a passcode, or allowing an expiration date or time after the session has ended.
It is possible to schedule meetings with multiple occurrences in Zoom. Each occurrence uses an ID and a setting that corresponds to the existing meeting. The meetings can be scheduled for a certain amount each day, weekly, or monthly. Meetings may also be scheduled on a regular basis so they can be arranged at any time if needed.
If you would like to join the meeting, open Zoom desktop app on your Mac and PC and click on the invitation link. Click Manage. Log in if prompted. Go to the left column and click Recordings under General. Navigate to the Cloud Recordings tab in the right column and find the recording you want to share. Click the Share You will then see a copy and paste icon. If you want to download the recording, click the Download button on the recording page. If the Canvas meeting is being held on your Canvas course, choose the meeting to add as an extension.
You can zoom through the course by selecting it in the navigation menu. You can select an object to put in the Cloud Recordings window. You can download a recording by clicking on its title.
